- ChestnutsAlthough it seems incredible, there is a reason behind the tradition of eating roasted chestnuts in autumn and winter, in addition to the surplus that is produced during these months, chestnuts provide fiber and few calories, but many vitamins and minerals, in addition to complex carbohydrates that help regulate blood sugar.

- Walnuts and peanuts: the presence of niacin or vitamin B3, among other vitamins of group B, makes these nuts an ideal snack. In addition, they provide very healthy and beneficial polyunsaturated fats, for example, for good blood circulation, which helps optimize body temperature.

- Bananas: being rich in vitamins of group B, potassium and magnesium, bananas are of great help to the thyroid and the adrenal glands to regulate the body's temperature.

- Seeds: the seeds are characterized by being rich in zinc, so a handful of roasted pipes without salt are an ideal aperitif for a cold afternoon. In addition, like nuts, they provide healthy fatty acids, which are related to good blood circulation.
